We are currently adding a Regional Director of Operations to our growing team!
Position Summary:
The Regional Director of Operations - VA is responsible for supporting the business on the development and implementation of key strategic initiatives, including the launch of de novo clinics and sites and the standardization of a regionally driven centralized intake model. The position is also responsible for overall customer service and client satisfaction across clinics in the region.
About The Role:
  • Responsible for building reporting structures and data feedback for the system to help guide and support expansion decisions
  • Coordinate and support the integration of existing and newly acquired clinics in collaboration with the National Integration leader, collaborating with executive leadership to define and execute an operating model for the market
  • As a member of the regional leadership team, responsible for maintaining bi-monthly meetings, and building agendas toward problem-solving, efficiency, and growth
  • Responsible for managing the overall operational performance of the market, ensuring exceptional customer service for clients and providers
  • Provide consultation and oversight to the operational development and implementation of a Centralized Intake program within the market, with duties including:
  • Collaborate with internal/external IT partners to identify and implement technology enablers.
  • Consult on corporate efforts around technology implementations that impact intake, including CRM and patient engagement platforms and supporting workflows
  • Identify gaps in technology, process, and team structure to support the future-state intake model
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership and regional operational leaders to define the processes, policies, technology, tools, and teams needed for a scalable Central Intake model
  • Collaborate with De Novo lead to define operational requirements and timelines for launching a new site
  • Hire, train, and lead the Central Intake team
  • Standardize key operating and performance metrics for the process and team and identify reporting procedures
  • Serve as operations subject matter expert (SME) for the de novo team during the planning and implementation stages of new sites, with duties including
  • Plan and lead the rollout of the Central Intake model across all clinics including de novo sites, ensuring warm handoff from implementation to operations
  • Lead onboarding of new site onto the Central Intake platform
  • Support with coordination of staff onboarding and training activities, as necessary
  • Advise on staffing models and roles/responsibilities for clinic leadership, clinical supervision, and administrative support
  • Implement a customer experience model at the new site by coordinating talent acquisition, training, and system setup
  • Lead installation of IT infrastructure, utilities, and services at a new site in collaboration with IT leader
  • Collaborate with Interventional and De Novo leads on interventional service planning and implementation
  • Provide operational oversight to customer service teams across clinics; implement and standardize core front desk and medical support processes and support overall clinic operations in collaboration with site leaders
  • Liaison with the marketing team to ensure local market issues and strategies are adequately represented in the marketing strategy
  • Lead special projects as directed by the COO to support enterprise operations including compliance and quality programming and other projects as needed

About You:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Collaborative and excellent team player
  • Master's degree in business administration, policy, or a related field
  • Bias toward action and strategic decision-making.
  • 5 years of operations experience in healthcare, multisite operations, or franchise environment
  • 10 years' experience managing multisite healthcare operations.
  • Behavioral health or substance use treatment knowledge
