Job Summary:

The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining stakeholder relationships and managing the full lifecycle talent requisition process from the release of the requisition to the final offboarding.Working in tandem with our international team of recruiters, they are the subject matter expert for their assigned client programs.Recruitment Coordinators support the fully distributed workforce, and facilitate the recruiting process by addressing clients’ talent requirements, coaching and counseling throughout the talent life cycle, and serving as the primary point of contact supporting the talent acquisition process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·Provides constant interaction with stakeholders via phone, email, text message, or MS Teams chat to facilitate placements, mitigate attrition, and streamline processes from application to deployment

·Logs client/candidate concerns and tracks resolution

·Work with hiring managers, candidates and recruiters to schedule and coordinate all interview activities.

·Assists with talent deployment operations to improve candidate data integrity

·Ensures completion of all assigned documentation

·Manages all onboarding items for offered candidates to ensure timely completion of applicant documentation and the collection of required background information prior to deployment

·Establishes, augments, and/or maintains successful client relationships.

Qualifications/Experience Requirements:

·Excellent written and verbal communication for a professional setting

·Ability to quickly establish trust and rapport; building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders

·At least 1 year of customer service industry experience

·Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment with dynamic requirements

·Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·Experience with MS Office products

·Able to work independently

·Customer focused

·Experience with a staffing company, vendor management systems, and/or managed service agreements is


Highly preferred:


  • Experience working with ADP workforce


Education:

·Associates degree in Business or related program preferred.


Physical Requirements:

·Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and cell phone

·Job duties to be conducted in a home office environment
