Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

Pay Rate: $20 to 21.63/Hr

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Malvern, PA

Shift - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

This position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics division.

We are looking for Recruitment Coordinator.

  • Cooperates with and advises HR operations and or HR business partners or line management in related matters.
  • Supports development and/or implements recruiting standards in order to ensure effective staffing in the organization.
  • Implements talent acquisition standards and ensures effective recruiting programs and respective measures (on regional and local levels).
  • Supports management in the design and development of talent acquisition policies, guidelines, methods, and tools.
  • Plans and executes projects to improve recruiting processes.
  • May perform or support individual and/or group assessments and analyses results.
