Recruitment Coordinator

Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Pay: 55k-66k DoE

Job duties:

• Conduct 1st round virtual interviews with potential candidates, assessing their qualifications and culture fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers in different statesto identify and understand each positionshiring needs.
• Work closely with agenciesto communicate openpositions,screen resumesand coordinate interview times.
• Ensure a smooth and organized recruitment process by scheduling steps in the hiring process with hiring managers, outside agencies and candidates.
• Document all recruiting efforts and report to hiring managers and agencies in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of recruiting experience
• High degree of communication, both written and verbal
• 3+ years of professional office experience
• Bachelors degree
