Job Description

Day to Day: Insight Global is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join Fortune 100 company specializing in online payments. In this role, you will be supporting the Global Talent Acquisition Operations by assisting with vendor management processes. This includes vendor onboarding, purchase order creation, invoice tracking and related administrative duties. You may be involved in other activities within the GTA Operations Team to enhance best practices and support for internal stakeholders. This position can be based in Phoenix, AZ or Austin, TX. The responsibilities include:

-Assist the vendor management lead in planning, organizing, and improving vendor management operations.

-Liaise between internal recruiting members and suppliers to facilitate tasks involved in vendor management.

-Documenting the systems and processes required for recruiting vendor management.

-Partner with internal third-party management team to expedite vendor onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and streamline processes.

-Analyze data to identify areas of concern or best practices opportunities and partner with stakeholders to further assess, determine counter measures or establish new processes as needed.

-Provide insightful, actionable solutions & recommendations that drive continuous process improvement in the vendor management process.

-Support financial activities, monthly accruals, business cross charges, invoice inquiries, purchase order creation / management.

-Support contract reviews with PayPal's vendor Legal team.

-Assist with financial data analysis and specialized reports.


Must Haves:

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or another related field

-3 years of professional experience in recruiting or vendor onboarding/relationship management

-Must obtain knowledge of recruiting practices

-Must be able to work with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple deliverables.

-Highly capable as an individual contributor, at the same time comfortable being an engaged team member.

-Good skills in MS Excel. Word, PowerPoint & MS Office products.

-Deadline-oriented, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

-Available for occasional weekend work to support updates; after hours work to support time zones.
