The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people via phone interviews and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Conduct interviews via phone
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates
• Stay ahead of the game by keeping up with marketing and advertising advancements for effective lead generation (training provided)

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of work experience, either for yourself or others
• Access to a phone, laptop, or computer, along with reliable Wi-Fi
• Experience utilizing various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks to source potential candidates
• Ambitious individuals with significant income and life goals and strong work ethic
• Understanding and appreciation for continuous personal development to lead a successful and fulfilling life
• A creative communicator with strong English speaking and writing skills
• A commitment of at least 20 hours per week
• Willingness to be coached and learn new concepts
