  3. Profit-sharing commences at 40% from the outset, with the possibility of increasing to 50%.

The particulars:

  • Full-time dedication to complete desk recruiting and fostering business development
  • No limitations on industry or geographical region
  • Opportunity for remote work - enjoy the freedom to work from any location
  • A 100% commission-based role (no base salary) with typical earnings ranging from $75k to $150k in the first year


Prerequisites:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership, recruitment, or a robust background in a specialized niche or sector
  • Previous involvement in conducting interviews and/or promoting business development/sales is desirable
  • A self-motivated, goal-driven mindset accompanied by a high determination
  • Capability to work autonomously, supported by robust tools and resources, without close supervision
  • Financial resilience to support oneself during the initial 3 to 4-month training and growth period (no base salary provided)
