POSITION TITLE: Receptionist- Urgent Care

STATUS: Full Time (RF Status – 80 Hours/Pay Period)

DAY/SHIFT/HOURS: Variable work days Monday–Friday (between 8a-8p)

Every 3rd Weekend (8a-4p)

As a Receptionist you will be responsible for answering phone calls, checking patients in, registering patients, scheduling appointments, scanning documents and other office duties as needed. The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Has ability to work independently and prioritize work
• Can remain calm and function well in a stressful situation
• Displays excellent communication and customer service skills

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Work Experience:

• Previous experience in equivalent position, preferably in a hospital or health care setting

Complexity of Work:

• Knowledge of health care environment, health insurance, medical terminology preferred
• Basic PC, typing, and data entry skills
