Receptionist Pt Jobs

Rolling Hills Care Center is seeking a Receptionist to join our team!
We currently have part time hours for a strong candidate.
Employee must be able to work well with others and utilize Microsoft Word and Excel.Responsibilities:Greet residents and visitors that come into the facility and give them directions/information as necessary.Answer telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate party. Adhere to HIPAA rules and regulations.Conduct self in a professional manner, creating a warm and friendly environment.Assist with administrative duties as requested by the supervisor.Qualifications:Previous experience is preferred but not requiredAbility to build rapport with residents, family members and peersCompassionate and caring demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEducation:High School Diploma or Equivalent Hours: Mon-Fri 4-8pm, plus department coverage when needed.
