Job Description
Clair Global is looking for an energetic Receptionist to join our front office team!


Essential Functions


The Receptionist is responsible for answering phones, greeting and directing visitors to the company; as well as providing administrative support to various other departments.


QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job while exercising appropriate judgment and discretion.


  • The ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of basic office equipment: PC, multi-line telephone, copier, scanner, fax
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to relate to various groups of internal and external customers
  • Superior customer service attitude
  • Pleasant demeanor when answering phones and greeting visitors to the company
  • High level attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to exercise judgment and discretion in all matters and to seek supervisor input when necessary


Education And/Or Experience


  • 3 years' administrative experience
  • High School Diploma


Responsibilities And Duties


  • Answer phones, screen, and assist callers directing them to the appropriate company personnel.
  • Additional duties as may be assigned
  • Maintain visitor access sign in/out log
  • Take and relay messages as necessary
  • Greet guests and answer questions from the general public
  • Organize conference and meeting room bookings
  • Receive, sort and deliver mail daily (incoming & outgoing)
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Keep reception and Executive Kitchenette areas tidy
  • Prepare correspondence and documents as required
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization
