Job Description
Carolina Reserve of Laurel Park, a community of Navion Senior Living, located in Hendersonville, NC is looking for a reliable Receptionist (Concierge) who will be responsible for providing excellent hospitality as they are the first impression for all visitors into the community. The Concierge will be greeting potential residents, families, visitors, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages. The Concierge provides an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts.
$14 and up based on experience.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Dependable and systematic.
  • Customer Service driven in a highly active environment.
  • Experience in a healthcare, hospitality or service environment preferred.
  • Bubbly and inviting personality
  • Ability to learn tasks and follow instructions
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for residents without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Skilled in accurately recording information.
  • Maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment
  • Must be courteous, patient and tactful when dealing with public, residents and families.
