POSITION SUMMARY: To provide all non-clinical services involved in an office encounter.
POSITION DUTIES:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1 year of customer service experience required; 2 years of healthcare experience, preferred.
Skills:Customer service skills relating to patients and co-workers. Ability to work under stress in high volume work area.
POSITION DUTIES:
- Coordinates patient status with the referring doctor and staff
- Assists in the coordination of patient transportation
- Demonstrates proficiency and responsibility in handling departmental phone calls
- Demonstrates the ability to assist with coordination of patient's medical procedures
