Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: To provide all non-clinical services involved in an office encounter.
POSITION DUTIES:
  • Coordinates patient status with the referring doctor and staff
  • Assists in the coordination of patient transportation
  • Demonstrates proficiency and responsibility in handling departmental phone calls
  • Demonstrates the ability to assist with coordination of patient's medical procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1 year of customer service experience required; 2 years of healthcare experience, preferred.
Skills:Customer service skills relating to patients and co-workers. Ability to work under stress in high volume work area.

Location: LCMC Health · Cancer Center
Schedule: Full-time, Days, 0800-1630
