Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position provides front office reception support. Will work with a diverse group of external clients and visitors, as well as internal contacts throughout the office.

MAJOR TASKS:

  • Monitor office phone messaging system.
  • UPS/USPS process pick up orders, post and prepare for delivery.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Provides back up administrative or clerical support for partners.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Ensure the reception area is in clean and professional order.
  • Greet customers, vendors and company representatives and assist in directing them to the appropriate person.
  • Open, process, and deliver daily incoming mail. Process outgoing mail.
  • Provides back up coverage to Administrative Assistant, to manage owners’ requests and ad hoc projects; including, but not limited to trip planning, mailing packages, and scheduling appointments.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, while exercising tact and diplomacy in managing highly sensitive, privileged and material non-public information.
  • Must be a self-starter, exercise good judgment, and have excellent communication skills, along with attention to detail and an ability to efficiently manage time. Must demonstrate punctuality and time management skills.
