Job Description

Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ Years customer service or call center experience in a retail or corporate environment. Previous experience in a medical spa setting is a plus.

Job Requirements:

  • Facilitate patient in-take and treatment process by working with doctors, nurses, and other staff members to ensure quality treatment.
  • Record patient information, payments, medical alerts, and other patient data.
  • Assist customers over the phone and in person for appointment scheduling, product/ service knowledge, ups-sells, and conflict resolution.
