CUMULUS | EUGENE is located in one of THE most beautiful cities in Oregon! We are an hour from the Oregon coast, an hour from the Cascade Mountain range and close to the High Desert in Central Oregon. It’s a beautiful place to live and work. Our cluster has 5 stations, a large suite of digital products and we are the local affiliate for the Oregon Ducks!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare lockbox deposit for checks received at front desk or via mail
• Provide information to listeners regarding commercials, news stories, etc.
• All other duties as deemed necessary by local market management
• Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries and add postage to outgoing mail
• Receive, screen and direct incoming calls to proper personnel/department and accurately takes and relays messages while staying friendly and welcoming
• Assist Business Manager with billing, payments, and other general office duties
• Greet clients, on-air guests, visitors, job applicants, and contest winners
• Assist sales team, promotions department with remote preparation and traffic with affidavits as needed
• Maintain kitchen and office supplies

Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task and tolerate stress in a busy environment
• Ability to interact with all types of people in a courteous and friendly manner
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, and computers and relevant software (Microsoft Office) and multi-line phone system
• Attention to detail/organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
