Summary:
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: badge design, production of user reports, data collection, fingerprinting, setting policy and procedures for authorizing and issuing ID badges at all OhioHealth satellite ID Center locations, collecting money, ordering supplies, troubleshooting and or contacting outside vendors for equipment and software issues. Responsibilities also include issuing ID badges, training staff on the use of the ID system, developing and maintaining user manuals. This position also provides assistance to Human Resources, Corporate, Medical Education, Pharmacy, Payroll and all other OhioHealth Departments badges involving ID badges related issues.Minimum Qualifications:
High School or GED (Required)Additional vocational or training in computer science or information technology. Proficient with PC environment and applications. Experience with systems maintenance and reporting. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Basic math skills. One to two years related Experience .
