Receptionist Mancan is hiring a receptionist for a facility in Newcomerstown! Job duties are as follows: Direct all incoming calls to the proper place, all calls must be answered by the 3rd ring, logging all visitors in log book, distribute visitor badges, take employee call off messages and forward to HR Clerk, take messages and forward to appropriate department supervisor, walk in sales, distribute employment applications and notify HR when applicant is finished for a short interview, help distribute payroll checks, stocking inventory, other tasks as needed.Requirements:Be able to make change, record sales, balance money, lift up to 50lbs, be able to work independently, and be organized!
