Receptionist (100% Onsite) Jobs

100% ONSITE Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare forms
• Answer inquires relating to OCIO
• Arrange appointments/transportation
• Schedule meetings and conference rooms
• Ability to multi-task and work within high pressure environment
• Answer phones and route call to specific individuals
• Schedule follow-up appointments Qualifications
• Handle requests and complaints in a calm and professional manner
• Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable
• Take and relay messages
• Coordinate mail flow in and out of office
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Provide clerical support and work with highly confidential information in a large organization
• Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties
• Collect and distribute packages and other mail
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to a variety of audiences
• Coordinate office activities
• Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet
• Update appointment calendars
• Send email and faxes
• Ability to use Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office application suite (Word, Excel, Access, etc.) Education: A high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years of

experience in the field or related area.
