Location: Downtown Elgin
Note: this is a part time position and in office participation is required.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Answering customer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance, and directing calls to the appropriate team members.
- Performing general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Greeting and welcoming visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
- Assisting with the preparation and distribution of company correspondence and documents.
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Collaborating with team members to support various projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in reception or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
