Location: Downtown Elgin

Note: this is a part time position and in office participation is required.

We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Admin Person. With 20 years of industry experience, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients and fostering a supportive work environment. Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
  • Answering customer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance, and directing calls to the appropriate team members.
  • Performing general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of company correspondence and documents.
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Collaborating with team members to support various projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in reception or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
