Patient Ambassador Jobs

The basic function of this position is to promote access to healthcare services and help individuals address barriers to accessing healthcare services and other services needed to achieve optimal well-being. The Ambassador will as a liaison between patients and the health center clinical and administrative staff. This is a temporary grant funded position that has the potential to become permanent. The initial work will focus on working with patients and identifying barriers to COVID-19 Vaccinations and related services and helping patients address the barriers. COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are a requirement.
