Service Greeter

Our High-Volume and fast-paced Service Department needs to hire full-time Greeters to greet customers in the service lane in courteous and professional manner, direct them to Service Advisors, answer the phone, drive customers waiting on auto service to/from nearby locations and more! Responsibilities - Service Greeter:

  • Greet Service Department customers in a courteous and professional manner, direct them to Service Advisors, answer the phone, drive customers to/from nearby locations and more.
  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications - Service Greeter:
  • Driver's license and insurance
  • Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills and a professional appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A positive 'can do' attitude and good work ethic
  • Friendly, energetic and self-motivated to succeed
