Job Description

Our client, a privately held real estate firm in Montgomery County, MD, is currently seeking a paralegal with a leasing background to join their experienced legal team. This position will have a hybrid work schedule.


Duties


Responsible for legal lease documents

Drafting and amending lease documents

Support in-house legal team

Requirements


Experience working in a law firm setting

Experience drafting leases or other real estate documents

Experience with real estate transactions

Team player with sound problem solving skills
