If so, as the president of real estate operations for Dominion Properties and Management, you will take the lead position in leading and driving outcomes for our 800-unit residential portfolio, and our more than 120 rental property turnovers, 50 renovations and 25 new builds per year. Our infrastructure is solid, and we are looking to increase the bandwidth of our partners by brining in top talent to manage the day-to-day operations. This is a true, uncapped opportunity for a tough-minded, business-focused, and outcomes-led operator to keep the solid foundation and drive future growth.

The Dominion Group is a privately held, vertically integrated residential real estate investment company based in Baltimore, MD. Dominion acquires approximately 100 units of distressed single family, multi-family and vacant lots annually throughout the Baltimore Metro area. Properties are stabilized and either sold to homeowners or added to Dominion’s rental portfolio. The President will oversee all real estate and property management operations, and report directly to ownership.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage refinance transactions for an existing portfolio
  • Oversee the day to day operations for real estate development and property management departments
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by Ownership
  • Review and analyze market and industry data
  • Streamline communication between departments and Senior Management
  • Manage established processes and procedures to maintain efficiency
  • Lead weekly department meetings

Required Experience:

  • Residential real estate investor experience specific to the Greater Baltimore Area
  • Advanced knowledge of real estate transactions
  • Knowledge/Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
  • Experience with property management software – AppFolio experience is a plus
  • Construction Workeragement experience with single family homes is a plus
  • Experience managing multiple teams/departments
  • Experience with Podio is a plus
  • Experience with Buildertrend is a plus
  • 10+ years of property management and/or real estate development experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
