As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in guiding our customers through the real estate journey, providing support, and ensuring they find their dream home.
Key Responsibilities
Empowerment Through Education: Educate new customers on the program benefits and eligibility for rewards, helping them make informed decisions about their real estate journey.
Guided Real Estate Journey: Be the guiding light throughout the multi-month real estate buy/sell process, with the ultimate goal of successfully closing on a home.
Tailored Solutions: Identify the unique real estate needs of each customer and tailor the best solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Advocate and Support: Act as an advocate for our customers, supporting them at every step of their real estate transaction.
Seamless Liaison: Be the bridge between the customer and our agents, ensuring excellent service and communication.
Proactive Engagement: Initiate proactive follow-ups with customers at key touchpoints to enhance their experience.
Metrics and Excellence: Achieve key performance metrics, including customer enrollment, referral placement, sale closings, and program satisfaction.
Cross-Selling: Provide and facilitate cross-selling of mortgage and ancillary services when needed.
Efficient Caseload Management: Employ critical thinking to sort, prioritize, and manage a caseload of files with finesse.
Requisite Skills
Experience and Education: Ideally, you have 2-3 years of business experience, and while a high school diploma is required, some college education is preferred.
Language Skills: Bilingual English-Spanish speakers are preferred, as you'll be engaging with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Real Estate and Customer Service: Prior knowledge of real estate processes (home purchase, sale, or mortgage) is advantageous, and previous customer service experience, whether in retail, financial services, or call centers, is a plus.
Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential to excel in this role.
Digital Savviness: Navigate through multiple systems effortlessly, showcasing your digital literacy.
Attention to Detail: Your keen eye for detail ensures no aspect of the customer's journey goes unnoticed.
