You will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. From responding to inquiries about our teacher certification programs to handling website issues and providing exceptional support, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' needs are met.
Responsibilities
Be an expert in responding to inquiries across multiple programs and communication channels, including inbound calls, LiveChat, and emails.
Identify and understand customer needs and expectations, delivering prompt and accurate assistance using various systems and resources.
Serve as the go-to person for customer issues, escalating technical product-related matters to the appropriate Product Support department.
Keep track of and document support requests using our Customer Relationship Management system, ensuring accurate and detailed customer information.
Maintain high-quality service by following established policies and procedures, ensuring proper security protocols are followed in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Prior customer service experience, preferably 1-3 years, along with experience using call center management phone systems.
Knowledge of our organization's products, services, and business operations.
Excellent time management, organizational, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and good listening skills; experience with LiveChat is a plus.
