If you have a proven track record of achieving $5 million or more in monthly origination volume in the fix/flip, ground-up construction, single-family rental, or short-term bridge financing space, we want to hear from you!
Your Role
As an Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in meeting specific loan production goals by establishing and maintaining business relationships with real estate investors all across the U.S. Your dynamic role will involve a mix of inbound and outbound sales, along with exciting opportunities to attend industry events and client meetings. Working collaboratively with our sales and operations teams, you'll be there for our customers throughout the entire loan cycle, from initial lead to a successful closing.

Your Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, you will:
Identify exciting new customers and lending opportunities with property investors and referral partners.
Focus on driving sales and building strong relationships with property investors, brokers, and real estate agents from various sources.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential borrowers through various channels.
Leverage our CRM tools to manage customer contacts and relationships effectively.
Attend industry events and conferences to expand your network and convert leads.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to achieve monthly loan volume goals.
Facilitate the borrower approval process and provide necessary information for loan processing.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform product and sales strategies.
Your Qualifications
We're looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Business Purpose Lending.
Ability to bring in 10+ customer relationships to build your book of business.
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
NMLS License And Lending Experience Are Required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM tools.
A college degree is preferred, and leadership/managerial skills are a plus. Experience with social media platforms is advantageous, as well as a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
