Located in Largo in the heart of Prince George’s County, our new state-of-the-art regional medical center (UM Capital Region Medical Center) will provide improved access to primary and ambulatory care services, and serve as a tertiary care center for critically ill patients. In addition, our new space will allow us to expand our offerings as a community partner to help improve the health status of Prince George’s County residents.

PT Evenings 3:30pm - 12am every other Saturday and Sunday

Bowie, MD

Located in Bowie, our Freestanding Medical Facility (FMF) provides ambulatory, OR and full-service Emergency care 24/7, to help improve the health status of our neighboring community residents. We’re looking for new and experienced Radiographers to join our extraordinary Imaging Team at Bowie Medical Center. Our affiliation with the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS) has created a number of new career pathways and makes this the perfect time for you to join our team.

As a Radiographer, you will:

• Obtain patient history, explains procedures, and addresses patient concerns.
• Commit to learning, supporting and sustaining a system of high reliability (HRO) principles and safety
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients, family members, visitors, physicians, fellow team members and/or vendor/business associates at any UM Capital facility.
• Conduct a variety of radiographic examinations for use by a physician in the diagnosis and treatment of patient conditions.

Qualifications

What you need to be successful:

• Requires ARRT Radiography registration and Maryland State License as a Radiologic Technologist.
• BLS required.
