Position Overview:
Elaborates and analyzes Quality concepts, methods, tools and procedures as parts of effective Quality Management Systems, in a specific Quality area, or in an assigned organization unit.
Relocation will not be offered for this role
Job Responsibilities:
  • Advices business accountable management in specific Quality-related issues.
  • High proficiency in all Office tools, especially Excel
  • Highly organized with the ability to work in a complex international organization
  • Executive level presentation ability
  • Prepares Quality-related analyses, concepts, methods and tools, for respective management to decide.
  • Ensures and Implements quality related standards, guidelines and programs in a specific quality area, or in organizational unit(s) assigned.
  • Drives and coaches unit-related general Quality projects in a specific Quality area.
  • Ensures effective cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders; clarifies issues.
  • Contributes to budget planning processes.
  • Data analysis proficiency in Minitab preferred
  • Analyzes working environment and proposes improvements to management.
  • Coordinates a group of quality related staff without leading the team.
  • Understanding of quality concepts related to driving a zero-defect culture
  • Understanding of KPI development and tracking
  • Experience coaching problem-solving teams to meet organizational requirements.
  • Six Sigma black belt preferred.
  • Experience running multiple root cause analysis investigations using tools such as PDCA, 8D, 5-why, DMAIC, Kepnor-Tregoe, etc.
  • Trains employees in a specific quality area.
  • Keeps abreast of industry and legal trends in a specific quality area.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
  • Quality Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in non-conformance data analysis, quality strategy, and problem-solving techniques
  • Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
  • Qualified applicants may be allowed remote working opportunities, based on business needs
  • Qualified applicants will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States
  • Minimum High school Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent degree/experience is required.
