Our manufacturing company is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. This is a permanent position that requires a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and that our manufacturing processes are efficient and effective.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests to ensure that our products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Conduct root cause analyses to identify quality issues and develop solutions to address them.
• Maintain and improve the quality management system to ensure compliance with ISO and other quality standards.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and test plans.
• Implement and manage the 8D problem-solving process to identify and resolve quality issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of root cause analysis, documentation, testing, 8D problem-solving, manufacturing processes, CAPA, and quality management systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of ISO and other quality standards is a plus.
