Quality Ehs Lead Jobs

PURPOSE: • Coordination of the QA incoming activities to reduce risk of delivery of NOK material to the production & final customers. • Monitor the quality performance of the production & define the strategy to achieve quality excellence. Establish and maintain a powerful relationship with the plant as well as manufacturing, to assure good quality of parts & low non quality costs. RESPONSIBILITY: • Coordination of customer complaints in the shopfloor including the risks assessments, effectiveness of containment activities as well as corrective & preventive actions • Coordination of the quality assurance KPI’s and document action plans when targets are not achieved. • Coordination the quality assurance team and perform the necessary training to support them to fulfill their work adequately. • Coordination of process, products & LPA audits • Coordination of the plant process FMEAS & control plans • Follow the documentation & deployment of the best practices and Lessons learned. • Support production in the identification of the root causes of major quality problems. • Promote the integrated policy, continuous improvement & customer obsession culture in the shopfloor by constantly increasing the awareness of the production teams about the consequence of non-quality on the customers, end customers & company. • Ensure that production operations across all shifts are staffed with personnel in charge of, or delegated responsibility for, ensuring conformity to product requirements. • Maintain the quality system standards related to quality assurance. • Authority to stop shipment and stop production to correct quality problems. • Authority to decide on the actions that need to be undertaken following the detection of a nonconformity. • Authority to release products when no risk has been identified after analysis. • Safety and Health at work: o Prepare, plan, and coordinate the local preventive activity, determining the priorities to follow, proposing measures to control and reduce risks and, participating in the corresponding processes (technical advice, evaluations, inspections, accident investigations, etc.)

Coordinate and lead the Occupational Health and Safety Committee. o Evaluate the risk factors that may affect the safety and health of workers. o Advise, inform and train the company's workers in risk prevention and health surveillance. o Participates in the emergency plan development. • Environmental: o Coordinate the Environment preventive activity based on the company guidelines. o Evaluate the risk factors that may affect the environmental impact of the facility. o Advise, inform and train the company's workers in environment protection procedures and instructions, according to the training manuals o Advise on the elaboration, development and maintenance of the company's emergency plans, as well as coordinate them. REQUIREMENTS Education • Engineering Degree • Min 2 years of experience in similar position and functions in Quality assurance in automotive companies, ideally in glass industry • Good English language skills (spoken and written). • Good knowledge: IATF, VDA 6.3, CoP, Customer requirements, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, APQP Core Tools, Problem solving methods • Good knowledge of the industry legal regulations, standards/norms (OSHA) • Good knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 • HSE internal auditor certification (preferable) • Good knowledge of Risk Management
