As an Quality Control Technician in Frederick, MD, you’ll play a pivotal role in channelling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives. It offers one of the most exciting, fast paced, challenging and rewarding work environments in the world of operations, supply chain and manufacturing.

What you’ll do:

• Receive, log and distribute chemicals to the labs
• Stock all QC labs
• Maintains Training >95% with 100% completed prior performing any related tasks
• Performs daily checks and maintains laboratory equipment according to standard operating procedures
• Parts and glassware washing and autoclaving, including proper documentation of these activities
• Maintain inventory of the chemicals in the labs
• Follows all safety regulations as required by AZ Policies and Procedures.
• Purchase items for QC using iBuy
• Detailed supervision and detailed instructions given for routine work as well as any new activities or special assignments.
• Reads, understands, and follows appropriate SOP’s and comply with cGMP’s
• Maintains accurate and updated records of completed activities.
• Archive logbooks and manage lab notebooks in QC

Essential for the role:

• Relevant experience in life science or laboratory technology preferred.
• HS Diploma, GED, or Equivalent AA degree or 2yrs of additional work experience in lieu of a degree
