Job Description

Banking Quality Control Agent (Entry Level)

Fully Remote


We are seeking multiple Quality Control Agents to join the banking team with a global financial consulting firm for a 6+ month consulting assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting quality control reviews of banking operations and processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and trends related to quality control in banking operations
  • Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions to improve banking operations and processes
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues related to quality control reviews
  • Provide guidance and support to banking operations teams to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required
  • Document findings and report on results of quality control reviews
  • Conduct quality control reviews of banking operations and processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on quality control results


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or experience within the banking industry
  • Desire to gain a foothold in financial services and banking
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
