• Ensure testing methodology and processes are properly understood within the QA team
• Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to teams regarding testing methodologies and processes
• Manage the planning and execution of quality testing efforts, including allocating resources to meet committed delivery dates
• Proactively seek continuous improvements in test coverage, execution, and automation
• Help develop quality assurance metrics reporting
• Lead and manage QA Leads both onsite and offshore in delivering a software quality assurance center of excellence
• Effectively communicate quality control issues, quality achievement objectives, and performance improvement
• Work closely with product, engineering, and support teams to provide software quality assurance services

• 4+ years of experience in media supply chain workflows, media file formats, media encoding, and content QC
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile development methodology
• 4+ years of experience in managing quality assurance teams located onsite and offshore
• Knowledge of current industry-wide testing tools and techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance practices
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities
• 4+ years of experience in designing test scenarios and implementing automated testing methodologies
• 2+ years of experience testing REST APIs and event-driven workflows on AWS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred
• Experience with Python Selenium automation

The Legal Bits…

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $95,550.00 - $177,450.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
