Quality Assurance Engineer Jobs

Description/Job Summary

• Responsible for ensuring that the personnel in QC Department are fully complying with company safety objectives and following plant safety rules.
• Initiate and supervise the implementation of all authorized quality improvement programs based on the quality-related complaint, major internal hold rejects, and customer needs.
• Control the distribution, flow, and timely responses to all files and information related to customer complaints.
• Develop new or improve existing test methods and procedures as required to meet changing product and customer needs.
• Other assignments as deemed by Quality Control Manager.
• Comply with plant safety regulations and good manufacturing practices.
• Provide training to operations as necessary.
• Conduct trials of new product development and existing product quality improvement according to marketing and customer request.
• Interact with product coordinators to ensure quality programs are both implemented and effective.
• Perform the statistical analysis on the product quality to update product specification.
• Must have regular, reliable attendance and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.
• Provide technical information, documentation, and support to marketing, sales, and customers.
• Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.

• High degree of written and oral communication skills
• Minimum BS degree; prefer MS or higher education on Material or Polymer Science
• In-depth knowledge of statistical software packages, statistical and data management methodologies.
