Quality Assurance Administrator Jobs

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator to join the Human Resources (HR) Quality Assurance (QA) team. The HRQA team supports a variety of quality assurance activities for HR lines of business.

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with internal customers to meet their service needs
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of processes or documentation to ensure controls are followed and executed.
• Document quality issues and performance measures for management review
• Act as a subject matter expert
• Oversee a group of service monitors
• Provide information and assist in the feedback and education to staff

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Quality Assurance , or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of HR functional areas (Reporting, Benefits, Talent Acquisition)
• Experience with Jira a plus and or other Project Management tools
• Experience with Nexidia preferred
• Risk and regulatory compliance experience
• Experience making timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience grasping complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolution
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
• Experience with Workday and or ServiceNow preferred
