What You'll Do:

The Quality Assurance Analyst is a remote role that is responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare technology and experience in manual and automation testing with expertise in ETL, Azure, Airflow, SQL Server, Microsoft Dynamics, API testing, and web application testing.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct regression, integration, and performance testing of applications, databases, and APIs
• Participate in requirements gathering and review sessions to ensure the testability of requirements
• Test data processing using Airflow
• Test Azure hosted applications and cloud services
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing
• Test Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related modules
• Perform web application testing including cross-browser, cross-device, and accessibility testing
• Develop and maintain test data, test environments, and test harnesses
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness through ETL testing and SQL scripting
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Cecelia Health's software products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues

Requirements and Experience:

• Proficiency in SQL and ETL testing
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, etc.
• Strong understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and techniques in an Agile Scrum environment
• Experience with mobile application testing a plus
• Experience in Azure hosted applications and cloud services
• 3+ plus years of relevant work experience in software testing and quality assurance. Experience in healthcare preferred
• Experience in performance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or any other tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related modules
• Experience in automation testing using Selenium
• Knowledge of web application testing including cross-browser, cross-device, and accessibility testing
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
