Job Summary
You will be responsible for the oversight of a team which performs quality reviews and transactional testing on critical process elements to assess adherence to regulatory requirements, policies, procedures and business practices. The quality reviews will be conducted using the Automated Compliance Evaluation System and other established testing processes.
Job responsibilities:
- Deliver training on quality processes to team, business partners, and key stakeholders.
- Support Quality Program and business partner initiatives, including Issues / Action Plans, Audits, Compliance reviews, and regulatory exams.
- Develop and maintain test plans, question sets, procedures, and schedules.
- Escalate deficient scoring tests results, and recommend actions for improvements.
- Manage all Quality review team activities, lead medium scope projects, change management activities.
- Create and distribute summary / detailed quality result reporting for Line of Business management, Controls, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to business partners on interpretation of quality test results, exceptions, and root cause.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Share point
- Collaborates effectively with colleagues
- Proven decision making skills and sense of urgency
- 5+ years of consumer financial industry experience
- Ability to solve moderately complex problems
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Previous operational team lead, supervisor, manager experience preferred
- Previous experience with quality testing of operational functions a plus
