What You'll Do:

This position inspects footballs for defects, including straightening laces, color-in stamping, ensuring proper seams. Performs audits on various processes throughout the plant to ensure quality awareness prior to full production; informs production operator of any defects on production. Coordinates special orders for proper shipments; and distributes defects and repairs to proper areas.

What We're Looking For :
The qualified candidate will have at least six (6) months of previous quality inspection experience. A high school diploma or GED will be required for this position.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour; after 6 months - $18.00 per hour. Increases are subject to performance and attendance standards. Our hours of operation are Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm; Friday 6:00 am - 12:00 pm with occasional overtime as needed.
