The QC Inspector will be a part of our motivated and close-knit Fulfillment team. This full-time, hourly wage position is eligible for KREWE's generous benefits package and will report to the Director of Customer Service & Fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain an organized QC work area such that products are easily and readily identifiable.
• Assist in special projects as needed within the department
• Ensure that approved and refurbished products are returned to inventory in accordance with the restocking procedures.
• Create, update and maintain Quality data within NetSuite, Excel spreadsheets or other identified QC system as required
• Perform Quality inspections specific to inbound products, customer returned products, internal KREWE returned products, and warranty products.
• Perform Quality inspections on KREWE products to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
• Ensure that defective and unusable products are marked and dispositioned properly in accordance with damaged goods procedures.
• Report to management on QC Inspection results and KPI’s as required.
• Create and maintain files for inspection standards.
• Create inspection reports for inspection activity.
• Communicate with Customer Service on the status of returned and warranty products.
