YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

As a QA/QC Engineer, you'll be responsible for managing and implementing the Rosendin, and/or project specific, QA/QC program. This will be currently working on our UCSF project in San Francisco.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

• Can be a combination of education, training and relevant experience
• Minimum 0-3+ years of field construction experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position
• Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
• You enjoy working on a team and being collaborative
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary

TRAVEL:

• Up to 50%

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Noise level is usually low to medium
• General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
• Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.
