Position Overview:

Under normal supervision, perform day-to-day receiving and inspection duties by performing entry level Quality Inspection tasks to determine purchased raw materials, hardware, detail parts, subassemblies and assemblies meet purchase order requirements. Candidate must have good attention to detail, as well as organization and communication skills; must be able to function as a Team Member and support our goals and objectives. Must maintain a neat, organized work area and practice good housekeeping. Must adhere to all safety and department procedures, practices, and directives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum two (2) years of related work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform basic math computations.
• General knowledge of hand tools.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be a US person.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing specs.

Desired Requirements:

• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfortable with using the current ERP system (SAP).
• Basic understanding of 3D modeling, such as use of CATIA.
• Quality and/or aerospace experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a composite, metal, and avionics manufacturing environment and follow Boeing regulations for lifting.
• Must be able to work all shifts as needed.
