Property Manager - Palo Alto

At Hudson Pacific Properties, we provide best-in-class office space to the biggest names in tech (Netflix, Google, Amazon), and we're seeking a Property Manager to support our property in Palo Alto, CA. The Property Manager will maintain high-profile tenant relationships and all aspects of building operations which requires exceptional customer service skills, in-depth property management experience, and the ability to follow through while balancing opposing, changing priorities.
What You'll Do

• Handle vendor relationships with security, janitorial, engineering, landscaping, and parking teams to ensure they are meeting their expected performance requirements.
• Build tenant satisfaction through meeting regularly and ensuring timely follow-up on all communications.
• Monitor accounts receivables closely to ensure timely payment of all monies and collect comments in Yardi.
• Provide leadership to the property team, crafting a positive work environment and maintaining team morale.
• Lead all aspects of the management of properties, including building operations and lease administration, tenant relations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, operating and capital annual budgets, and related building documents.
• Regularly inspect exterior and interior building common areas to ensure that the buildings' cleanliness and grounds are maintained in first-class condition.

What You'll Need

• 4+ years experience in preparing financial reports, monthly variance reports, operating and capital budgets, and CAM reconciliations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Yardi and Nexus, or similar commercial property management software.
• 4+ years of experience in property management or office commercial real estate preferred.
• 4+ years of applying financial concepts and applications.
• Excellent management and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: $95,000.00 to $123,000.00 annually USD (subject to relevant experience)
