Welcome to Elite Management Holdings, LLC (“EMH”). We are a 25-year real estate firm growing from a family business into a professional enterprise. We have around 20 people on staff and manage approximately 50 investment properties, acting as managing agent for the various owners. We spend our time on projects and processes relating to maintenance, bookkeeping, compliance, leasing, and reporting. We are looking to hire people who can make magic in a variety of professional settings.

We are looking for an energetic Property Manager to help transform a property with a significant renovation and lease-up plan. The right candidate will have demonstrated excellence in managing subcontractors and leasing property. The Property Manager will primarily report to EMH's Director of Property Management.

+ Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises

+ Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents, signing agreement, and making sure all stakeholders are following company rules and relevant laws

+ Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with landscaping and snow removal services

+ Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs and upgrades

+ Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators

+ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends

+ Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

• Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, 3-5 years’ experience in real estate or sales, 1-3 years’ management experience, Solid knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word as well as property management software. Candidate should live close to Columbus' Franklin Park neighborhood.
