Job Description
Our client is a well-established and growing Commercial Real Estate Organization and they are looking to hire a property accountant and a development accountant asap.


Who: Well-established and growing Commercial Real Estate Organization


What: Property Accountant with MRI


When: Immediate Need


Where: REMOTE


Why: Newly created position


Salary for the Property Accountant: Base salary is up to $60k-$75k, plus bonus and excellent benefits


Salary for the Development Accountant Base Salary up to $85k plus bonus and excellent benefits


Property Accountant:


  • Preparing the 3-page investor report monthly for assigned properties (Spreadsheet, Bank Statement, Leasing Updates)
  • Processing AP/AR and payroll, Performing CAM Reconciliations
  • In this role, you will handle all the monthly accounting for a portfolio including


Requirements:


  • BS in Accounting
  • MRI Software
  • CAM Reconciliation experience
