Description Of Duties
  • Work extensively with Digital Marketing and Email Marketing peers to ensure that the development of campaigns and targeting specs within the email tool are built to campaign specifications created by Email Lead or Email Manager, that campaign builds are error-free, and accurate reporting is in place. Experience with ESP tools preferred.
  • Execute creative updates based on feedback from business stakeholders on all emails related to mobile games.
  • Drive the execution of one-off and automated, targeted and personalized marketing emails to engage Nintendo customers beyond purchase.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for CRM activity and lead adoption of new protocol. Improvements to improve quality, reduce campaign cycle time, increase output, improve documentation, and improve overall team operations.
  • Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure the flawless execution of campaigns.
  • Shephard projects, including requests to send survey emails, through multiple rounds of creative approvals and reviews by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure email campaigns comply with COPPA, ESRB, and SPAM regulations at time of deployment.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive sets of campaign documentation repositories.
  • Assist in campaign builds and/or QA in our CRM ESP as needed, as backup to Email Operations Lead.
  • Implement a/b testing procedures on campaigns as directed by Email Lead and/or Email Manager.
  • Ensure all assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Author creative briefs that lay out direction for designers, copywriters and vendors about the key campaign message & strategies created by the Email Leads and/or Email Manager.
Summary Of Requirements

  • Experience executing on email marketing campaigns that drive consumer response.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with an unparalleled attention to detail a must
  • Familiarity with COPPA, ESRB, and SPAM regulations preferred.
  • Proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook), Photoshop and JIRA required.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to effectively work cross-functionally with strong verbal and written communication skills; experience working with external vendors preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital/online marketing, including email marketing and CRM.
This position includes a base pay range of $28.13 - $42.19 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
