Job Description
Primary Job Role


Provides technical support to the Sales Department by conducting evaluations, completing reviews of project specifications.


Makes effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress the project. Serves as a point of contact for teams to ensure team actions mutually contribute to the success of the project.


Retrieves vendor drawings for submittals / fabrications, communicates assembly / fabrication work with clients and master scheduler for all required projects. Coordinates final hand-off procedures with the Service & Sales Department.


Maintains and often exceeds sales estimated margins through value engineering methods and effective purchasing practices for outside materials.


Provides technical communication with all manufacturers and their representatives.


Contributes to the evaluation process of all new products and services through research, testing and feasibility analysis of these products/services.


Performs quality control on the project throughout development to maintain standards expected.


Maintains accurate records and files. Assures correct vendor pricing and specification sheets are current.


Performs other duties as assigned.
