Job Description

Creative Project Manager - In-house team

Pay: $48 - $50/ hourly as W2, full benefits offered.

Location: Role is fully remote - EST or CST hours required

Length of contract: Budget approved for 6 months, likely extension into 2024


Ideally this role is great for someone with Creative Project Management experience who has worked for Agencies and/or Creative In-house teams.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48 to $50 / hourly as a W2 employee.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in a 401k plan with company match.



Essential Responsibilities:

  • Participates in capacity planning across creative teams to provide a clear view of utilization and bandwidth
  • Leads and manages large integrated projects throughout all stages of digital creative deliverable execution, from conception to delivery
  • Understood, in line with defined processes
  • And project controls are followed unless there is adequate justification for an exception
  • Leads with a solution-focused approach to encourage and justify best practice, and ensure process
  • Builds and encourages strong relationships with team members and key partners
  • Provides project management thought-leadership, oversight and support on all project deliverables
  • Encourages positive thinking and considers key partner and business needs in decision making
  • Establishes a strategy of continuous risk management that enables proactive decisions and actions throughout a project’s execution
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
  • Partners with Account Directors and Account Managers to manage regular portfolio business reviews with key stakeholders
  • Facilitates digital creative requirements gathering to ensure stakeholder needs are clearly
  • Collaborates on preparation of digital creative marketing recommendations, strategies and actions for partners



Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree. In lieu of degree, HS Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience leading digital creative projects in an agency environment
  • Experience leading digital creative projects and managing resources for an advertising agency (either external or in-house agencies)
  • Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional team members with high integrity and ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team toward a common goal
  • 4+ years of project management experience



Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience navigating large and complex organizations, including gaining access to key executives and stakeholders and successfully managing relationship building dynamics and processes
  • Understanding of the digital creative process and how to balance with project management and workflow
  • 3+ years experience using Project Management Software (Workfront preferred)
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
