Seer is a remote first agency with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in Philadelphia or San Diego.

• PLEASE NOTE** This is a part-time opportunity (10-20 hours/week) with Seer's cross-divisional account team. That being said, there is a potential for this position to convert to full-time should there be a full-time staffing need on the Project Management team

What about you? You’re a natural PM who loves optimizing workflow for efficiency. You have a knack for tackling complex problems and rolling out scalable solutions. You pay attention to the details without losing sight of the big picture and help your team members to do the same. Managing complex projects, competing priorities, risk, and budget is your jam. You’re the Digital Project Manager that teams dream of-- we can’t wait to meet you!

Your compensation will look like...

• $35/hour - $40/hour. Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience
• Evaluation of comp at least once a year

Here are some highlights of what you'll be doing...

• You’ll monitor profitability across the department’s book of business, proactively raising red flags to account teams and escalating to management as needed
• You’ll be responsible for contractor management, spearheading our effort to outsource more tactical work, and defining how we collaborate with contractors at scale.
• You’ll be the lead process engineer for one of our largest departments, focused on increasing margins and supporting team retention
• You’ll manage resourcing and prioritize for a new specialized pod structure, serving as an escalation point on those accounts
• You’ll work directly with our Executive team to rollout scalable change across the company

The skills you'll bring to the table...

• You’re a champion of process and ongoing improvements, educating the team on best practices while keeping your eyes/ears open for new opportunities to drive workflow efficiency
• You’re a seasoned PM who has experience wrangling internal and external stakeholders, in order to rally around important internal initiatives and hit goals
• You’ve mastered resource management; you know how to forecast team bandwidth and are quick to find workarounds for surprise roadblocks
• You have experience interfacing directly with Executives of all levels and can adapt your communication style and approach accordingly
• You have a deep understanding of effective change management principles
• You have a working knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, Paid Media, and Data Analytics
• Your strong communication, organization, and time management skills are unmatched, and your team loves you for them!
