Part Time Email/Sms Marketing Manager

We're looking for an outgoing and organized individual to work collaboratively with our team to coordinate our email marketing efforts. This person should be able to tell stories through our email campaigns and flows that are interesting and engaging to our customers.

• Follow the brand guide to create cohesive, on-brand emails
• Create segments based on customer behavior
• Measure results in order to determine what our customers like
• Design compelling content that will entice our customers
• Meet/exceed goals for open rates, click rates and order rates
• Create email and SMS/MMS campaigns weekly based on the marketing calendar
• Manage email/SMS flows to ensure goals are met
• Audit campaigns and flows to ensure they are optimized

Experience

• Attentive experience preferred
• Klaviyo experience preferred
• 2+ years of email marketing required
• Design experience preferred
• 1+ years of SMS/MMS marketing required

Additional Skills & Competencies

• Works both creatively and strategically
• Must be organized and able to meet deadlines
• Must be able to create compelling emails

Remote Part Time Position (5-10 hours per week)
