Overview

Cirkul, a rapidly growing beverage technology company with a focus on new products is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects through the New Product Development Process utilizing cross functional teams. This position is responsible for the management of best in class processes to drive time to market time, efficiency, continuous improvement and relentlessly executing and driving projects to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintains consistent and effective communications between all project stakeholders and cross functional team members
• High level understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies used to produce a product
• Collaborates with team members to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
• Maintains project files, meeting notes and action items, budgets and project controls
• Based on strategic objectives, leads new product introductions and existing product improvement programs to agreed upon deadlines
• Develops detailed project plans to monitor and check progress with cross functional teams
• Continuously helps improve the New Product Development Process to balance nimbleness and due diligence
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple projects simultaneously through ideation, concept, development and deployment in a fast paced environment
• Manages escalations efficiently and effectively
• Oversees projects and ensures programs deliver on time, within scope and on budget

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills required
• Agile and flexible approach
• Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet etc.
• Consumer packaged goods industry experience preferred
• Strong collaboration skill to facilitate working relations between business groups and technology departments
• Results oriented, high degree of initiative, follow through, and accountability
• 3-5 years experience in project management, including project planning, resource allocation, scope and timeline maintenance and documentation
• Bachelors Degree required in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management or related field
